What data GoSeek handles
Company data, taken from public sources: registry records, the company's own publications, filings submitted to regulators, press coverage and job boards. Data about people only in their public professional role: name, title and the source that states both.
What data GoSeek does NOT handle
We do not collect personal contact details, home addresses, identity documents, health data, racial origin, political opinion, union membership, sexual life, data about children or adolescents, or any information outside a person's professional role.
Where the data comes from
From public pages, read the way any visitor would read them, respecting each site's robots.txt file. There is no access to restricted areas, no use of third party credentials and no paywall circumvention.
Data about people who use the platform
We keep the name, work e-mail address and the organization each person belongs to, in order to authenticate access and keep every client's data apart. We also record product usage, to measure cost and performance.
Who we share it with
With no one, for commercial purposes. Each organization's data is isolated from every other organization's in the database, by an access policy applied on every read and write. Infrastructure and language model vendors process data only to run the service.
How long we keep it
For as long as the organization is a client, or until it asks for deletion. Requests for access, correction and erasure can be sent to the contact address, and are answered within the deadlines set by Brazilian data protection law.
Rights of the data subject
Anyone whose professional data appears in a dossier may request access, correction or removal through the contact address below. The request is answered even when the information came from a public source.
